When I was vegan I missed mac and cheese soooooo bad

I made this substitution once a week

1/2 cup flour
1/2 nutritional yeast flakes
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 cups almond milk (plain)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard

boil your choice of pasta set aside
mix yeast flakes flour salt and spices in a sauce pan Wisk on milk olive oil and mustard ciik on medium until bubbly thick and smooth pour over pasta and enjoy

I have lots of recipes if anyone doesn't think they could go veg let me know what you miss chances are I have a replacement!
