Let's do fitness style TMBM. I will start with the member below me will do some type of exercise, such as push ups, squats, crunches, etc. If you decide to take the challenge, then you post a new request for the next person. Make sense? Let's see if we can keep this thread going.

TMBM will do 10 sit ups.
