Your right. I am such a worry wort too. I know stressing is bad but it's hard not too.

I do need to eat better. the nap thing don't really work thou, I'm still working 5 days a week full time. I guess I just got to do what I can to not overexert myself.

I need to quit worrying about everything I need to get done. May is so busy too. There is something going on all the time it seems.

Thanks everyone. I know there is probably nothing to worry about and it's all common things. I am just overly emotional and really scared
