I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I am so excited about it. I made a goal to do the elliptical for 30 mins three times this week and that was my third day on elliptical so I've met part of my goals already. Now I just need to do my strength training, which I will do later.

I did an hour and a half of strength training - upper body and abs.
