I am not updating my stats this week, is that okay?

I just feel like at this point, it would just do more harm than good for me. I know I didn't do well last week, and I think if I see the number on the scale it's just going to make things worse. Like last week, I gained two lbs one day and couldn't get those two lbs off all week long, not matter what I did. It stressed me out bad. It's what ultimately led to my awful failure of a day yesterday. I just figured "well I'm not going to lose the weight anyway, so screw it." So, I am not going to weigh in this week. I need to take some time away from the scale and just refocus on healthy eating and adequate excercise (not under-doing it, or over doing it)
