I am not sure I followed all of that but Mel gave some great advice. I would also wait until after a normal AF to start taking OPKs.

I also wanted to add if you got a positive OPK the day before AF is due that could also mean you are pregnant. I am not saying that you are but if you are "late" which is very confusing after a miscarriage you may want to take an HPT as well because pregnancy can cause positive OPKs.

I also wanted to throw out there another way to track your cycles is through temping. That has been the most helpful thing for me and my doctor loves when i can hand her my chart and she can see exactly what is going one. (when I O, positive OPKs, temps, how long LP is, symptoms, CM) I use fertility friend to track everything and it has been a huge help. Just another suggestion
