Ewwy, that really sucks! Keep taking your prenatal vitamins and you could try gurgling warm/semi-hot iodized salt water. Peppermint also helped my sore throat and cough when I was sick and pregnant. The only thing about that is it only helps while the peppermint is in your mouth, so you constantly have to keep sucking on one to help relieve the pain. When I was sick I fell asleep with a peppermint in my mouth and woke up with DH when his alarm went off and the peppermint was still tucked away in my cheek. DH pretty much flipped out on me telling me I could have chocked. I didn't mean to, but yea peppermint helps, just don't fall asleep with it in your mouth!!

Warm caffeine free tea helps too, but not as much as the peppermint did. I hope you start feeling better soon ((hugs)) being sick while pregnant is pretty miserable.
