I'm finishing up my "Fall" (early harvest because of weird weather) canning this week and eating up old stuff from the back of the freezer to make room for new stuff.

We had pesto pasta last night because it is 21yods's favourite and he was visiting. The night before was amaranth greens and tofu over locally grown rainbow quinoa from the farmer's market.

Tonight is going to be some sort of barley soup with bok choi and homemade bread with the jar of apple butter that didn't seal.
