I'm jumping in here because #1 I REALLY need to focus on my health and #2 I need something to take my mind of TTCMA. :-)

I have a lot of weight to lose ... 100+ pounds so my goals may not seem like much:

Goals for this week:
1) Complete the exercise challenge every day and at least one other challenge
2) Track my food
3) Drink 64 oz (8 glasses of water) daily
4) Post in this forum every day for accountability

Looking forward to starting at level 1 and working my way up!
