I sat down tonight and did up two weeks of meals, and I hope the sales work in my favor for shopping for them.

Monday - Pizza (homemade)
Tuesday - Lasagna, garlic bread and salad
Wednesday - Chicken Chinese with lomein and rice
Thursday - Spaghetti, garlic bread and salad
Friday - Mexican (DH's choice of actual item)
Saturday - Chicken or Beef with roasted potatoes and Salad (steamed potatoes and boiled carrots for me instead of roasted potatoes)
Sunday - likely take out since it's DH's only day off

Following week

Monday - Pizza (homemade)
Tuesday - Baked Ziti, garlic bread, salad
Wednesday - Beef Chinese, with Lomein and rice
Thursday - Chicken Alfredo Bake, garlic bread and salad
Friday - Mexican (DH's choice of actual item)
Saturday - Sweet and Sour Chicken and Cesar Salad

I'm going to be adding carrots, extra tomatoes and peppers to the pasta sauces I make for the spaghetti and Lasagna (or for the first week I will.. need to make sure he can't taste them). Mexican will be served with lettuce and green peppers even if he chooses Nachos. Chinese will have green onion/spring onion and carrot (plus broccoli for me).

I'm also going to be really really mean to him and mix the beef that goes in the lasagna with ground turkey . For the pizza I'm going to use 2 ingredient dough (greek yogurt and self rising flour) for my dough.

I'm determined ladies! If anything on my list sounds yummy feel free to ask for more details.. everything except the sweet and sour chicken... I don't have that recipe yet (and keep in mind everything I do is either my own, or bottled so it may be regional)
