Stuffed acorn squash:
However many acorn squash you want depending on how many people you're making it for.
unsalted butter
Dry stuffing mix
brown sugar
chicken stock

Cut each squash in half, scoop out seeds. Place in casserole dish. Place one tablespoon butter, one tablespoon brown sugar, as much stuffing mix as you can fit, then fill with chicken stock, just enough before it runs over out of the squash. cover with foil and add about a half cup of water to the dish. Bake at 350 for an hour. Enjoy
