finished my goals last week! YAY!!! This week my week is gonna look like this:

I want to make a workout schedule for this week and stick to it and drink plenty of water! (will post my schedule when I finish making it LOL)

ok here it is

5 sets of 20 of the following
calf raises

30mins elliptical
200 crunches

baby day gonna keep it light
30mins ellipitcal
100 crunches
100 oblique crunches
100 russian twists

rest day-have a friend coming over this day

run 1 mile
walk 3 miles
100 crunches
100 oblique crunches

5 sets of 20 of the following
bicep curls
hammer curls
reverse fly
cross jab
overhead press

30mins elliptical
200 crunches
