Congratulations to you!! That is wonderful. Honestly, there's really no way to stop being fearful. Just take every good moment as a good moment, and keep busy. I saw a therapist for a long time who really helped with managing my anxiety- the best advice that resonated with me is that bad/scared thoughts are just thoughts, just neurons firing in your brain, and they don't MEAN anything. You cannot magic things into happening with your mind Just acknowledge the thought, don't beat yourself up for having it- but don't dwell on it or give it more power.

Hang in there! You had great numbers and it sounds like you have great care. It's hard when so much is out of our control.
