I planned my eating based on my body composition. My problem is that when I'm stressed I don't eat and I have a hard time getting enough calories in so I had to make myself eat 6-7 meals per day. I also spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours working out 5 days a week. 30-45 minutes of weights, followed by 30-60 minutes of cardio, followed by stretching. Saturday and Sunday, I rested. I also took CLA, which is actually a healthy fat that helps you burn fat.
