Birth Control: Pills
I think, any type of birth control like pills work best when it is taken every single day at the same time of day, regardless of whether a girl is going to have sex or not. This is especially important with progesterone-only pills. That's what Ive been using ever since. This pill contains hormones to change the way the body works and prevent pregnancy as well.

Re: Birth Control: Pills
the pill contains synthetic hormones. they do not function like natural hormones, and do not have the protective effects for a womans health that her body naturally produces. the correction is intended to draw attention to the carcinogenic status of 'the pill' and the big pharmaceutical contraceptive products. do your research into the side effects and find a support system if you'd like to protect your health.

Re: Birth Control: Pills
if one can take it everyday at the same time and never miss, it can be very effective. the problem is after we've had a baby and we're tired and stressed out, we're going to miss a few (that would be how Keegan came to be). i took the mini-pill (the one safe to take while BFing) and for the first few months, i had my alarm set and every day i would take my prenatal and my BC at the same time. but then i would forget here and there. take one late. i was also planning a wedding so sometimes i would miss all together. that's why the second time around i opted for the IUD. something with less maintanence
