This is the best Smoothie drink,

1 banana
lots of milk
cinnamon(just a pinch) or a dash of vanilla(or both)
brown/yellow sugar(half teaspoon)

Blend up should look milky and foamy....Very good!
had it in Costa Rica and again in Dominican Republic, good for breakfast!!

I wonder if this would still taste good without the sugar?

i actually made this the other day. I used a little bit of sugar too. the banana was very ripe so i figured it didnt' need much more sugar.

but it was very yummy. ^_^

I live off of this stuff!

I make it like this though:
1 Banana
1 Egg
1 Cup of Milk
1 Dash of Cinnamon (to your own taste)
Little dab of vanilla (again adjust to your own taste)

For varriations, I add ICE.

When Bananas go onsale (the other day they had almost too ripe bananas 40cents for huge bags), I put them in the freezer and use them for my shake. It works great.
