only breastfeed, no pump
Does anyone ONLY breastfeed, not pump? I started a stash but I have a bad oversupply problem now so I had to discontinue to try to regulate the foremilk/hindmilk balance. It's been a month since I stopped pumping and I still overproduce. I'm a SAHM so I know I don't need to pump, but I was enjoying building that stash as a safety net. Now it's boob or bust. Can anyone relate?

if you are not working and do not need pumped milk, no reason to keep your frozen stash and discontinue pumping. I know a lot of moms who never needed to pump

I haven't pumped at all since my son was 6 months or so. Like mgm said, no need if you aren't away from baby.

You're not always out so I agree with PP. No need to pump.
