it really makes me think of seinfeld, but i actually like the name George, for someone else' baby, i think im in the minority, im chatting about it with a FB group and most everyone else' thinks its an awful name

Re: Wdyt?
I really love older names, obviously. George wouldn't be my top choice for them, but it'll grow on me! They are so incredibly limited that it would be very hard to choose. Keep in mind in the UK George was #6 on the baby names list in 2012!

Re: Wdyt?
I think the name George sounds a lot nice when you say it with an english accent instead of a North American one, which would explain why its so much more common there for babies

LOL Bree!

I prefer Alexander over George, but I personally like Georgia for a girl. I can see both skyrocketing. I like the meaning behind it all, and I agree they were pretty limited from a traditional standpoint.

Little Georgie :p

I thought it was really cute :) My boyfriend and I were walking about what the baby's name would be before it was decided. He said George and I said it was going to be Alexander aha so we were both right :)
