Re: seizures
Ellie mostly just gets febrile seizures when she's sick. But she also had a couple as a toddler that they never found a cause for and about a year ago she had a reaction to aspartame (sp?) that caused one. (at least that's what we're going with for now based on family history.) They're so infrequent that her neurologist isn't concerned.

Re: seizures
There is debate as to whether Carrie has absent seizures... she was medicated for 6 months and it helped her a lot developmentally, now we're waiting on a new doc to give us a final say as to whether she needs to be on it.

Re: seizures
Kaiden used to have benign myoclonic seizures, which were caused by nightshade foods. Been seizure free for over a year now!

Re: seizures
Hi, I've been a lurker here on and off and I should really introduce myself as I think I probably belong here!

My daughter had Infantile Spasms when she was 6 months old. She was treated with steroids for it and she has been SF since Feb. 2010.
