this is a quick page or whatever they are called. I can't remember where I got it, but the filename is HayNay.
The star is from Trish Jone's.

starting to look good! The only thing I can say, since I have psp, when you do the oob, try using the freehand tool with it set at edgeseeker with like a 3-5 feather. It will help smooth out the OOB. Hope that helps

You've got the right idea ;) Good stuff. The only thing I would add is a name or date in the tag (frame, bracket, whatever it's called :P) below the frame.

thanks everyone. I do have one question. What is oob? The cutout I did?
I think I'm going to stick with paint shop now that I'm getting the hang of it. I just get so frustrated bc I'm very good with computers, I have a computer programming degree. So, when I can't figure something out, I get all worked up...lol

lol its ok, we all get frustrated. I love psp but again I have only used it and nothing else, so use what your comfy with is my motto! lol

OOB, is out of bounds. it typically refers to when parts of a picture go over the frame as if it is coming out of it. Cutouts are more like what you have. Both can be used though and people will know what you mean

I was trying to make it look like he was coming out of the frame. Any tips on how to do that?
