Has anybody had the string test done to predict the sex of their baby? My grandma did this to all her granddaughters when I was in high school. I know it was spot on for all of my cousins and I'd sort of forgotten about it. Earlier this year at work another lady was doing this on women and it made me remember. Both times it's been predicted I'd have a boy and a girl. Guess I'll find out if it's true or not!

It's where she took a threaded needle and stuck it into a pencil. The pencil waves in a circle or a straight line depending on the sex of your babies. You don't have to be pregnant to have it done - it supposedly predicts all the children you'll have (even m/cs).

I did it for mine. In the begining it said boy and then it said girl later. We are having a girl. Chinese gender predictors were backwards for me. They said girl first and then boy 2nd. I had a boy first and currently pregnant with a girl. Its just for fun. But it gets your mind thinking! What are you hoping for?
