I would like to know if I can use a proof of pregnancy from one state in another state for apply for medical assistance and what type of proof would be acceptable.

I would think you could, but you would need to ask your local Department of Human Services to be sure. Generally acceptable forms of proof of pregnancy are a Positive Pregnancy Test Slip from a place like Planned Parenthood or Birth Right or even from your doctor! (This is Iowa's acceptable forms of proof) make sure you check with your state.

**Thank you Tasha_Mae for my BEAUTIFUL siggy!**

I think it depends on the state so I would check with your local office first. In my sate you have to have a signed slip from a Dr or an Ultra Sound that is no more than 2 weeks old.
