Hi My name is Danielle, just wanted to tell my story, as I am pretty sure I belong here.
Once upon a time......
My boyfriend and I broke up, I moved out (of his parents house) and gave up on him, we could never get along and I just got sick of it, after 2 1/2 years of a relationship and i had nothing. After a month of being apart, We got back together and a little over a month later I found out I was preggo. At first I was so unhappy because we cant even support ourselves, and I wanted to go to college, and get married before we had kids, but then one day it hit me and I know im going to love this baby no matter what and I have the support of friends and family. Now I am back at his Parents, 16weeks 4 days along, and we seem to be doing okay as of right now, but I am nervous about whats going to happen in the next couple months. And I am hoping that having a newborn to take care of doesnt tear us back apart. Thanks for Listening!!!

Welcome to our board Danielle! My name is Amanda, I'm 20 years old, and just gave birth to my daughter on October 7th. I know I already said this in my reply to Melissa's post, but my DF and I also struggle financially and definitely had other plans then having a baby right now. Things do get easier though!! I always saw myself finishing college, then getting married, then having kids. Now I'm just reversing the order lol. About your relationship, I worried throughout my entire pregnancy that having our daughter would ruin our relationship. At the beginning of my pregnancy my DF blamed me for getting pregnant and basically wanted nothing to do with our child. I must say he has made a complete 180 and so far has been a great father. I wish you the very best throughout your pregnancy and please stick around! We'd love to have you here!!

Hey Danielle (hehe, that's my middle name!!)!
Congrats on your pregnancy!
I hope you and your b/f continue to do well. You both just need to understand that once the baby comes, you'll both get pretty stressed from fatigue, being overwhelmed with a new baby, and just being new parents. So you're bound to get into a few tiffs here and there. Just know when not to take things so seriously. There were times when Fiona was first born that Mitch and I got into some stupid fights...I remember one where I hadn't slept in 3 days (don't let this scare you..I was just too paranoid to sleep at first...I quickly got over that!! lol) and he took a tone with me, and to make a LONG story short, we faught for 2 days straight, he got slapped accross the face, and then two seconds later, we both just sat down, cried and made up.
If you guys love eachother, you'll make it through. Remember you guys are partners in this. So you have to support eachothers mistakes in being a new parent, and trust me, there will be lots!!! lol
I hope this advice helps.
So are you going to find out the sex of the baby?
