These abbreviations are pretty specific to the HR board. Most of them are for certain conditions.

AMA: advanced maternal age
FVL: Factor V Leiden
GD: Gestational Diabetes
IC: incompetent cervix
IUGR: Intrauterine growth restriction
MFM: maternal-fetal medicine
MTHFR: Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase
PPCM: post partum cardiomyopathy
PPROM: Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes
PTL: Pre-Term Labor
SCH: subchorionic hematoma
SLE: Systemic lupus erythematosus
SUA: single unbilical artery

Let me know what I am missing and I will add it to the list!

PreE: Pre Eclampsia, HELLP: H*(hemolysis, which is the breaking down of red blood cells),EL*(elevated liver enzymes) and*LP*(low platelet count).
