Im new to this site and am looking for answers I cannot get anywhere else. My OBGYN doesn't care about my constant pain and feeling of dilation and I may have lost my mucus plug this morning. I'm on bedrest for a 2.7 cm cervix and because I am only 19 weeks, I don't know whether I should just keep a level head and just keep in bed, or return again to the hospital. Any information or advice would be wonderful!

You have to do what you think is in your baby's best interest. Even if you go to the hospital and they send you home, at least you would have the peace of mind that you went. It also depends on how much your trust your OB. But it all comes down to doing what you need to do to have peace of mind.

I agree. It's your body and your baby. You need to do whatever you feel is best to give yourself peace of mind. If you do go in I'd suggest taking someone with you for moral support. Even if everything's fine, they'll be able to help you process information so you can make the best decisions about what to do next.
And if you don't trust your OB switch now. Don't go through the whole pregnancy with someone you don't trust or you'll always have what if's even if everything turns out fine. (which I'm sure it will.) Praying for you.
