The baby looks great and were having a girl!!!! Were so excited and im really happy that the baby is growing despite my weight loss.

However im 20 weeks and my cervix is shortening. With my last pregnancy i made it to 28.5 weeks and i started dialating so i go back in a week to make sure my cervix is not changing. Im also starting on progesterone this week.

Overall i cant complain because the baby is happy and healthy!

wow -- that's awesome -- i have to start an injection at 16 weeks due to my cervix funneling (opening from the inside out) Not sure what its called -- had it with both of my previous babies - I'll ask the perinatologist when I go tuesday what the name is. Maybe you can talk to your dr about it. I know its a combination drug and very expensive, but all worth it to keep our babies incubating in the environment they belong in for as long as we can.
Thoughts and prayers.
