to you or are they still toddlers and a pain in the bum?

Ever try to do bedrest with a toddler?

I have. Locked myself and child in my room with a boat load of toys, snacks and drinks. It was easier to contain them in the smaller room and the bonus was the rest of my house stayed clean.

It wasn't fun but I didn't have any help.

My stepson is an incredibly helpful 17 year old. Without me asking he did all the laundry, the dishes, and watered our plants this past Sunday. I can't believe we raised a thoughtful, helpful teenager!! I know if I have to go on bedrest he will be a big help around the house. I feel really blessed!

Mine is a toddler. It gets hard at times. He will occasionally bring me a diaper or the wipes container, but usually he ignores me

Ugh, my son has been the biggest pain lately. I just want to throttle him. He's ignoring everything I say and just generally being a terror. At this very moment he is sulking in a time out for trying to let the bunnies out of their cage (he KNOWS better!) I don't know what I'm gonna do with this kid.
