My last pregnancy was considered high risk as a developed pregnancy induced hypertension. I also had trouble with a very low hgb count. In any case as some might now I confirmed I'm pregnant over the weekend. My missed period was Friday(December 21st) so I am not far along at all. In any case I have been having heart palpitations and was just having a headache and not feeing well. My cousin who is a nurse took my BP and it elevated for me but not super high. I just have not been feeling well. Is this something I should consult OB about or my primary care doctor? I would think it would be too early for me to be having the pregnancy problems I had last time around.

Well this early it might not be a pregnancy problem but a problem in general that now that your pregnant you would need to have checked out. Definately you should mention it to your ob as well as your primary care doctor.
