Did you ever get an answer to this?

Check out Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - Fertility Charting, and/or book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. I've been charting for a while now, started off using it as TTP before TTC. PM me for any questions.

I have the app called Fertility Friend, it is amazing! I think you can also use their website FertilityFriend.com, it's way easy to use and chart. I would definitely recommend using that!
