I usually do a major clean out in the spring and then again in the fall I go through the clothes anyways so I figure I just go through the entire house and do what needs to be done...I usually pick the first day I can open all the windows where its not too cold/hot

I'll wash windows in the Spring. Otherwise I usually do major clean outs whenever the inspiration hits.

I usually do a deeper than normal cleaning once in the spring and once before the holidays.
For me that means, cleaning the baseboards, dusting EVERYTHING, cleaning the wood and tile floors by hand, decluttering and getting rid of stuff.
I go room by room. I actually started my spring cleaning this week.

I try to keep up with things throughout the year, it's more manageable for me that way.

I dont call it that. I toss/donate things often (once a week or so) so I do it all year long really.

I don't, but our house really needs a good cleaning, so I guess I should. We're actually hoping to put our house on the market by summer time, so it will probably not happen until closer to the time we're ready for that.

Not really. I do a winter/summer and summer/winter clothes change every year for the little kids... but I am a organization freak so I am always "spring cleaning".

I don't normally, but this year I most likely will. My house is clean, but it could use a good cleaning of everything including the skirting boards (base boards), cupboards, fridge... just about everything really. I also really want to get my curtains dry cleaned and pressed but we'll see.

I do but more often than just spring, I do it every couple of months. I like to de-clutter frequently!
