What made you feel better?
My nausea lasts all day every day.
I'm ready to try anything at this point.

For me, eating bland foods like rice and toast really helped. I learned to avoid spicy foods and dairy products, as those made things worse. I also found that drinking lots of fluids like water and juice helped me.

Hope this helps!

I had nausea all day everyday from 7 weeks til I gave birth, the ONLY thing that helped me was drinking root beer and having a small green peppermint in my mouth.

I'm sorry you have it all day, I was the same way with dd. Hard candy always helped as well as gum. I hope it settles down for you soon.

**Thank you Bokkechick for my awesome siggy**

Fresh ginger tea ( Boil water cut or shred some fresh ginger and pour water over )

I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my DS-8 (and to this day he is still my problem child lol). Nothing helped with that pregnancy except Zofran.

With my girls, i had all day feeling like I was going to get sick but not actually getting sick. My doctor told me to try this.... every morning before I even put my feet on the floor, I was supposed to eat a few Jelly Bellies... fruit flavored. I would eat a few pear and orange flavored Jelly Bellies and the nausea would totally go away. If it started to come back during the day, I would do the same thing. Just popped a few Jelly Bellies..

Something about the fruit juice they are made with and the sugar.

Nothing. I vomited all the time.

But really strongly flavoured hard candy helped alot, especially when I was so sensitive to smells. I used to eat lots of clove rocks (dunno if you guys have them in canada?) but the smell was not offensive to me and covered alot of other smells that would just turn my stomach and I wouldnt be able to hold in the puke. (sorry!) especially while out, it seemed like the great unwashed would come out and follow me around!

I'm so sorry to hear you are feeling so rubbish rachel!

I hope you find something that helps. I've tried everything and the only thing that really helps is making it to the 2nd tri.

I lived on those mini certs mints for weeks. I'm not sure what they are actually called, but they were small like a tic tac.

My DH has gastroparesis which causes constant nausea and sometimes vomiting. Zofran has helped him immensely.

I do not miss it at ALL. Mine with Wyatt was AWFUL. I threw up everything. I got preggie pop drops. But really any candy helps, but I don't recommend sitting around eating candy all day!
