name 3 things in your house that you want to do to it...whether it be projects remodeling cleaning etc....

for me:
*we need to remodel our master bathroom
*I want to replace the kitchen floor with tile (right now its fake laminate wood stupid idea for a kitchen where there is WATER)
*I would also like to make my fire place more open/bigger than it is

I would like to replace the carpets in all of the bedrooms. I would like completely redecorate my living room and lastly I would like to paint our bedroom. It will all happen after our wedding. Our son's new bedroom will get decorated first, I am browsing Pinterest right now to get ideas.

I'd like to redo both bathrooms. Upgrade our electric. Replace windows, they are old single pane wood and are so drafty in the winter.

First off Id like it to be an actual house vs an apartment! LOL

*Id love to paint the boys rooms.
*Id like to rearrange the living room furniture and get it organized looking.
*Id like to get rid of the crap in my bedroom so it feels like a bedroom and not a storage unit.

~My thanks to *Kiliki* for the siggy and Lucy S for the blinkies~

* I'd really like our basement remodel to finally be done (getting close!). We've just passed the 2 yr mark...
* Our back patio brick is sinking in and needs to be re-done.
* I'd love a new kitchen.

We're planning on hopefully putting our house on the market by the summer, so only those first two will be done.

1. remove all irreplaceable items.
2. burn it down completely.
3. rebuild with the insurance money.

I would love to finish decorating my walls (they are bare - I am supposed to be picking out pictures and getting them framed for the house but....haven't gotten that done yet. Maybe this weekend...?)

I would also love to give my kitchen a splash of color and a sense of theme. Right now, it's pretty BLAH...has no real splash of color (has black and white squared flooring, eggshell colored walls, and a sorry attempt at a mixture of blues that i've tried to throw in). I'm thinking of splashing it with Red. I just need something to make it pop! (Any ideas?)

Also, I would like to finish redoing the girls' bedroom. Right now, they have the perfect bedroom but we would like to switch it up a little and give them a bunk bed to free up more play space. I also plan on priming/painting the desk in there (which my oldest does her homework on) a powdery purple with a cool design on the actual drawers.

Wish me luck!!
