My daughter seriously has her 6th fever since September/school started. She has a head cold, and always gets fevers with them- always! Last year she had almost the same amount of sickness (flu, strep, colds, fevers) and once mid March came, she had ZERO sicknesses until the next September. I'm soooo over this. I hope this year is the same, and maybe this is her last one. I'm over her missing school from fevers. Over colds. Over strep. She's literally sick every 2-3 weeks every winter.

But I'm super bummed because her 7th birthday and party is Sunday. And, I don't want her to feel crappy. Unfortunately, her fevers usually last like 4 days. I'm hoping with all my might she's better by her birthday.

I can't wait for April.

Plllllease pass my kid some healthy vibes for her birthday.

Thanks guys

seems things are a-ok! Her fever was SUPER short lived, even for her. She woke up and it was 98.0 so totally fine. Thankfully, they had a 2 hour delay so I could keep checking to see if she spiked. Never went higher, so I sent her to school.. and she was 100% when she came home. Said "I'm just a little stuffy, but I feel GREAT". OMG I'm so relieved she missed no school, and she'll feel good on her b-day!
