Just wondering if your intake of RRL seemed to have an affect on your contractions at all. I once heard someone mention that they thought having taken RRL tea during their pregnancy strengthened their contractions, but that it weakened their AF cramps (which both could make sense to me considering RRL's toning properties)...while at the same time, I've heard more people say it did nothing noticable for them.

I've been drinking at least one cup of RRL or Pregnancy tea each day, mostly just because I had SOOO much left over from my previous pgs.

I'm not really sure. I drank it a lot in the third trimester with my daughter and had a horrendously long, hard labor (57 hours). I never drank it with my son and had a short, easy labor (about 2 1/2 hours). I drink it sometimes with this one since I'm drinking alfalfa tea anyway and I just mix them, but I don't know if it will make any different.

I really can't say for sure-- who knows how things would've been without it, right?

But I drank the tea from 34 weeks, and took RRL pills in the last few weeks. My contractions started at 90 seconds apart, and less than 2-1/2 hours later, I had a baby. I'll definitely be doing this again, it can't hurt!

Yes, I for sure think it helped.
