I'm not planning on having a third...but it's tempting just to have another home/water birth!

My next child will be born at home, probably a water birth. I wanted a water birth with my son, but then changed my mind once I was in labor. So we'll have to see how it goes the second time around.

DS was born in a hospital, and if we have another baby, it will be born in a hospital, too. It's just my preference.

I had an intervention free midwife supported birth center birth. It was awesome. I'm not having more kids, but if I did I would do that or a home birth.

I voted for hospital - that's really the only choice around here. lol

Luckily, they've really concentrated on making it as home like as possible so it's not horribly clinically feeling.

I'm just popping in from the Infants board but I would have my 3rd baby in a hospital as I did my first two. I had a c/s with my first, a VBAC with my second but would not want to take the chance to have complication and have a repeat c/s with my third, KWIM?

We're done having children, but if we had decided on a third, I would have loved an at home, waterbirth.

For our next, we're going back to where I just had my baby girl... a hospital birth center. It's a birth center, but in a hospital. It was wonderful....no interventions at all, other than checking my BP and monitoring me for the first 20 min. I loved it! Next time I hope to deliver in the water, rather than just laboring in it.

Probably will have the baby in a hospital (I'm not sure on military options with birthing centers or home births), but I want to have a water birth, but again not sure on those options with a military hospital.
