Do any of you have any TTC superstitions? Like BDing at a certain time of day ONLY? or eating a certain type of food the days right before/after O'ing? or BDing in a certian position?

I personally BD...on bottom...then put that good 'ol pillow under my hips. I eat pretty healthy the 2 weeks leading up to ovulation and We seem to double up on our vitamins the few days before "O"

i am not so superstitious as i used to be now that i am in treatment and we have regulated sex. I am probably doing IUIs as well. But i am nervous to jog in my 2ww (though apparantly thats not a biggie).....

I try remember to take vitamins and some fish oil tablets. I am also trying out progesterone cream when i am not doing a timed cycle/IUI.

I think any position is ok personally. its funny, as long as the guy is functioning properly and the penis is deep in the vagina, its gonna get where it needs to believe me and it doesnt fall out. once in the cervix its all gooey and the sperm are makint their way up the uterus. the stuff that comes out of you is the semen which helps the sperm get into the uterus and isnt supposed to get into the uterus itself. thats why they wash it out when doing IUI. think of it as petrol rather than the car itself

Dx - unicornuate uterus - ask me, i am not shy
