to say i don't have a green thumb is an understatement. everything i touch practically dies. mostly because i forget to water it.

i want to get the kids out later this spring to plant somethings, but i want to know what can we plant in seed form, that is super easy to grow? doesn't matter if its food or flowers or what.

Based on my experience, sunflower is one of the easiest plan to grow. Try it and tell me if I'm wrong. Hehe

If you are looking for ornamental plants, the Pothos is a great idea! It is an attractive, viney plant that will grow in bad soil, withstand forgetting to water it, and does well in filtered to dim light, they prefer bright, indirect light, but I’ve grown them in low light, too.
