Have you been given any diet recommendations due to your FTT child by your DR?
Or have you changed to a special diet for that child or the whole family?

Well the main thing that the Dr ever told us to do was keep up with the solids even though they were not yet 6months. After they reached 1yr I was told to add in dry milk to their whole milk to add calories, and use only whole milk products for them. I also mix in dry milk powder to their soups, potatoes, etc. They also get carnation instant breakfast at least 2-3x's a week. We have finally topped 22lbs at 16.5 months. My FIL actually mentioned the other day that they are starting to look positivly chubby,

I bf'd Nadia until she was 16months. She could not handle solids until she was 9 months. At 12months the ped told me to quit bf'ing asap, I told him no. He told me to put her onto formula, I told him she was lactose intolerant and could not have it. He told me to put her on soy formula and I laughed at him, I told him she is not going on soy it is worse than dairy. He told me to cut down to bf'ing 3 times a day max, I bf'd her 3 times a day and she nursed all night. He told me to add 1tbsp of margerine to everything she eats that we'd worry about cholesterol later( ) I stopped listening to him.
