just wondering if there are any other kids who have been sent for an MRI to check for pituitary gland abnormalities. DD's Dr says that is the next step to find out why she is not growing like they want her to. At 12 mo she was 16.7 lbs and 27 1/4 in long. At 13 mo she was 17.1 lbs and they didn't check her height. The Dr says that there is something wrong with her they just have to figure out what it is. She is developmentally fine, walking alone, saying several words other than mama.

Thanks for any input.

No, Brandon was not checked for that. Our doctor's have concluded that there is nothing wrong with him, just a bad eater. Please let us know what you find out.

No, the doctor has not mentioned that to us. My daughter isn't all that far off from those weights, but she is a very poor eater. We're going for a weight check on Monday. Let's see what happens then.
