And I think I am ready to join you ladies. I have a 19m old son named Roghan and I am married to Travis.

In July last year we discovered we were expecting. It was a surprise baby and my cycles were still whacked out from DS so I would estimate I was around 4-5 weeks. Unfortunately, 5 days later we lost our baby. We decided we were definitely ready for ttc and began just that the following cycle. We got lucky and wound up pregnant on our first try. I joined the May DDC and had an ultrasound, saw a singleton with a beating heart at 7weeks. 2 weeks later spotting began and we went in to the ER when it turned to bleeding. They confirmed that there was no heartbeat and sent me home. They told me if I passed the baby at home to bring it back for pathology. So DH went with me when I had to use the restroom because I refused to be looking for my baby alone. Our first trip resulted in a baby and we collected it. I thought the baby seemed small and underdeveloped for gestation, but decided that was likely why the pregnancy ended. About 20 minutes later, intense pain sent me to the bathroom again. We collected a second baby that was the proper size for gestation and we concluded that was the baby we saw in ultrasounds. It was pretty traumatizing for us to pull them out and then have to hand them over to the hospital, so I have been on a JM break.

We never got answers about our babies. A blood test showed that my progesterone is a bit low so when we get pregnant again I will be on a supplement. We are ttc this cycle and I am CD11, most likely O between CD 20-23. So look forward to opk pic posts and 2ww obsession posts.

Also, any tips you guys have about ttc, old wives tale or not, I would live to hear them! I am taking my vitamins recommended by my midwife (b complex, d3, folic acid and citrus bioflavonoids), drinking red raspberry leaf tea like it's going out of style and I am about to add an orange juice regimen. So... What else ya got?

I am very sorry for your loss. I actually remember your name from TTC board - you had gotten your BFP just as I was coming around that board again so I probably wouldn't be familiar to you because you moved on to the DDC. Im sad to see that things happened the way they did for you. I wish you the best of luck this cycle and I hope you get a super sticky BFP very soon!

Hi Sam. I remember you from the May DDC. I was there as well and miscarried at 6 weeks, 1 day.

I'm so sorry for your losses.

I had another early loss/chemical last month again, so my new RE is putting me on 4 mg of folic acid (I take metafolin which is the active form) as well as a baby aspirin (which I was already taking) and progesterone suppositories post O.

I think the progesterone is a good idea. Also, add one 81 dose baby aspirin daily and some extra folic acid and see if that helps. It won't hurt at all, promise

I just got a positive opk today so I am hoping I catch that egg and move on over the October DDC and that the extra folate and progesterone help the next one to stick.

Big hugs!

Thanks ladies. I hope we all catch a good egg soon!

Mindy, I definitely remember you from May. I am so sorry you have had another loss. Maybe we can share a DDC again, this time for the long haul.

Hi Sam! I remember you from May DDC too. I'm so sorry for your loss and that we all have to be here. Hopefully we can all hope in the October DDC together AND STAY THERE
