I'm sorry I keep posting. I didn't think I'd have such a hard time with this.

I was showing already when I M/Cd. I guess I had secretly hoped that once I had the D&C, my tummy would go down. But I look puffier than ever.

How did you ladies deal with looking pregnant, when you weren't anymore? I'm at work and I look down at this belly sticking out and I reach to rub it - it had already been a habit. But I catch myself before I do, and it just brings all the pain back again.

Don't be sorry for posting!!!! Post away it is what we are here for!!!!!!

I was already showing too so I know how you feel Mine actually went down quite a bit within a week of the D&C . The only thing that really helped me deal with it all was to be open with my friends and DH and really talk about how I was feeling. Really getting all my feelings out there, saying things out loud helped me to cope. I am so sorry you have to go through this and you have a constant reminder that is making it more difficult. Time will help heal.

I know where you are coming from. Seemed like it took forever to get the swelling to go down Seems like by my 6 week postpartum appt it was getting better. It definitely takes time. Big (((Hugs)))
