I had no cramping, no spotting and no bleeding for almost a week, it's been a good while since I had any of that. Bleeding with bad cramps only lasted a couple days and it was just spotting after my pregnancy loss at 9 weeks and 4 days and D&C procedure that happened on August 9th... after a couple of days it completely stopped and now all a sudden today, I noticed brown spotting...I was like okay, maybe old blood... It really upset me.. and now, more spotting with fresh blood mixed in it. I have been moody and emotionally all day, headache all day... just plain depressed. It's just like a slap in the face as a reminder of my loss I am also kinda crampy. Not sure if this is AF starting or still blood from pregnancy loss that decided to come back after a week of nothing. Friday will be 2 weeks since my loss and D&C.

I'm going to say more than likely it's AF. Keep and eye on it and if the bleeding/cramping gets too bad definitely go to the ER or call the Doctor.

I've never had a D&C, but after my miscarriages, there was off and on bleeding until my cycles decided to get regular. I hope you get back to normal soon. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I think its probably more of the m/c bleeding....it hasnt yet been 2 weeks since your m/c. ive read somewhere that you should have at least 20 days of no bleeding between in order to count it as a "period". trust me i know how frustrating/depressing it is but pretty soon you will be back to normal! so sorry youre going through this.
