After you MC how do you know when AF is suppose to show up??? And if you get pregnant before AF shows up how do you chart your pregnancy? Any opinions, facts, concerns? Thanks!

I think that is why some drs want you to wait until after your first cycle. Mine said it did not matter.. It took eight weeks for me to get AF for the first time but I think it can be anywhere from 4 to 16. We concieved seven months after m/c. Good luck to you!

I heard that you can get it as soon as 4 weeks after but sometimes not until later. I would call your DR if you go longer then two months.

Mine came 7 weeks after my m/c. But I sought the dr's help at week 6. She didn't feel I needed to wait any longer, I'd had an u/s and all things were clear. She gave me progesterone to get AF started.

If it goes too long...give the doc a call.

My AF came in 4 weeks.......again, everyone is different. My Dr. told me that if I didn't get it by week 8, to call her. But, luckily I got it and I'm going to ttc this month!!

i tested 4 weeks exactly after my m/c and got a BFP

the tracking of the pregnancy goes from the beginning of the bleeding, but they will most likely do an ultrasound sometime around 8 weeks to measure the baby and see exactly how far along you are
