I am new to this board. I have had two miscarriages. I had one when I was 23. I was only 5 weeks. It was before dh and I got married and we weren't trying then so we handled that one okay. We decided to start trying to have a baby this year and I was completely devastated when we lost this baby. I miscarried in August at 9 weeks. I am so scared now about trying again. We are still very hopeful that everything will go well and I will be pregnant again soon. My doctor has been very optimistic and supportive. We just started trying again last month. I am hoping this month is the month. I hope I can find some support here.

Welcome to JM. I am Ashley, I am 21, married to my best friend and a SAHM to the coolest 2 year old around ... I've had 3 miscarriages in this last year (April @ 6w, July @ 5w and November @10w with twins). It's been really, really rough on us, as well. We are going to start trying to figure out what's "wrong" with me and why I keep miscarrying in mid-January.

Has your doctor run any tests on you to find out what is "wrong"? It's possible that it could be a hormonal thing, but a lot of doctors won't run tests until after the 3rd miscarriage.

(((hugs))) I am so sorry for your losses. It is so tough ... ... I hope you like it here at JM!

Thank you for the welcome. I am sorry for your losses also. My doctor has not run any tests yet. He said that he doesn't usually run tests unless you have had three miscarriages or more. With my miscarriage in August, we had a blighted ovum and the baby never developed. So he thinks that the chances are very good of us having a baby without any problems.
