What time does your LO go to bed? How long do they sleep for? How often do they wake at night? Have you done any kind of sleep training?

Right now Lily goes to bed around 10 or 11. She will sleep until 7. She wakes every 15 minutes to 2 hours if I put her in her crib. She sleeps through without waking if she's co-sleeping.

I'm going to try to implement some stuff I read in the "No-Cry Sleep Solution"...I really hope it works. I really want her to start sleeping through the night in her crib and not needing to rely on co-sleeping with me.

She goes anytime between 8-9:30 (depends if she's had a nap and if she did, how long she slept) - for the most part she sleeps through the night. Last night she didn't because she's teething (I think her eye teeth are coming in) but she's been an awesome sleeper since she was 7 weeks

He goes down around 10, and most of the time will sleep till 4am for a feeding and then wake up at 7am to start the day. When he has a growth spurt its very different! In that case he is up 4-5 times a night for feedings. For the most part he is a really good sleeper.

Big Big Thanks to SugarPie Landen for my siggie!
