Hey I didnt know where else to put this so here goes. I have noticed that my lack of vag muscle has caused me to start tinkling in my underwear when I cough or laugh. Its getting to be a hassle. It first was something little but sometimes its a lot and I cant stop it. Anyone else going through it? What can I do to help.

I had that for the first few weeks pp, but once I started doing pelvic floor exercises it stopped.

It took me about a month to quit leaking minorly ... I had some pretty good stitches from my episotomy that didn't help. made it more difficult to exercise and get the muscles back in shape.

I did that PP as well.
Kegals have helped me out alot.
Sometimes I still do it when I sneeze.

I do mine while I'm on JM. 10 kegals for every post I make. They add up very quickly.
