I had been on ortho novum for six months. I stopped after the last pack which was on march 9. I began my usual bleeding on the 12 and stopped on the 16th. My bf and I do use condoms but there was one occasion he did not use one, about two weeks after I stopped the pill.
There have been a few ''pull out method'' occasions but other than that protected.
I have yet to bleed this month, but question being..

What are the chances I'd get pregnant? we aren't trying but at the same time whatever happens happens.

Someone please help.

Also lower back started hurting me yesterday and I've had dizzy spells. But no obvious symptoms.

Anything is possible if you have had unprotected sex and are not using any type of birth control. The symptoms that you mentioned could definitely be signs of pg, but a lot of times af symptoms mimic those too. I have read many posts on here of women getting pg right after coming off BC, but for most, their cycles are just really off for a while. I remember when I got of BC, it took my body a few months to start having regular cycles again. Either way, I hope that you get what you are wishing for.
