Hi I am Cecilia and I have not been around JM for a while but thought I'd stop by with a question and try to glean some advice.

So I had a day of light bleeding on the day I thought I was ovulating. i thought I was ovulating since it was right about the time I expected it and there was some definite sharp ovary pain. This light bleeding NEVER happens to me. Now my period is a week late with 2 negative tests. I tested the day of the due period and then two days after due period. Ever happened to anyone? Any idea what could be going on? I'm thinking it's just a wacky cycle but so weird it's happening this month as we were going to start TTC baby 3 this next cycle. Now I am wondering when in the world this cycle will end. I normally have fairly regular cycles so this one is odd to me. Oh and yeah we have been using protection although its possible sometimes the protection went on a little late.
Thanks for listening!

Some women get a little spotting when they ovulate, but I normally get the spotting when I gear up and fail to ovulate. Maybe you had geared up but not ovulated? That would explain the late period. I hope you get your answers soon!

Thank you so much. Yeah, I'm thinking that may have been what has happened after looking into it a little bit. I guess I'll just wait and see how the rest of this cycle unfolds. Thanks for the response.
