I am assuming that my bloating is cause by the prenatal vitamins. This is not like my normal monthly pms bloat...this is something very different. Its so bad that I can barely button my jeans. I am extremely uncomfortable. I'm not gassy or constipated...just..bloated. I've only been on the vitamins for a little over a month and this bloating started about a week and a half ago. Anyone else experience this? Is there anything I can do?

A lot of ladies complain about prenatal side effects. They make me vomit, every last brand. So I never take them even when I am pregnant. Try changing the brand maybe?

Take them before bed, you will feel a lot better. You can also ask your doctor for one that may work better for you.

Good Luck!

Some people do experience side effects, including upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea and gas, when taking prenatal vitamins. Taking a prenatal vitamins are good for you and your baby. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that pregnant women get 27 milligrams of iron per day. If your vitamin contains a high amount, switch to a prenatal with less iron. It is good to take prenatal on an empty stomach. if you're having stomach discomfort or nausea, take your vitamin with some food.
