hello ladies, not sure if i am in the right thread. i was wondering if you can share your storied with me if you have any.

i've been for several ultrasounds trans vaginal andlaparoscopy, they found a cut/tear in my cevix that they had to freeze and close up. other than that there was nothing.

every month for the past 2 years i have a dull pain which i believe would be an ovarian cysts or corpus luteum cyst. However i've been told there is nothing there to create this ache. The only time it gets stronger is when i have conceived. i am not pregnant this time around and it has not gone away. it isn't painful really... just annoying. its an everyday thing.

does anyone think this is just something some women deal with on a daily basis? i feel like i am going crazy?

any stories or advice would help

I believe you, but don't know what would cause that chronic, daily pain. =(

Any sort of exertion or increased abdominal pressure such as sneezing, coughing and in your case violent vomiting can put a large amount of pressure on your pelvic floor. If your pelvic floor muscles (PFM) or PFM reflex is not working in sync with your urine tube (urethra) to avoid leakage it is important to retrain the muscles.
Alongside your PFM exercises I would recommend trying ''The Knack'' , which is a well timed and conscious contraction of the pelvic floor just before and during events that increase that particular pressure on your pelvic floor such as sneezing or coughing.
Women's Health physiotherapists have an abundance of simple strategies and tools to ensure you are doing your PFM correctly, if you are unable to achieve this by yourself.
